Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards Visa and Mastercard
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Installment plans with most banks and financial companies

Return & Exchange Window
You may return or exchange most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition at the time of purchase.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in their original, unused condition
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (case, cleaning cloth, etc.)
- Not show any signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused after receipt
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Optical prescription lenses that have been fitted to frames
- Clear contact lenses that have been opened
- Colored contact lenses that have been opened
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned shipment, via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will arrange a pickup or guide you to drop off the item at your nearest branch
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
